How to Cancel a Service
If you ever need to cancel a hosting plan, domain, or add-on, you can do it directly from your Envosta dashboard. We make cancellation easy — no long forms, no hidden hoops.

How to Cancel a Hosting Plan or Add-On
- Log in to your account at envosta.com/login
- Click Services and select the service you want to cancel
- Click the Request Cancellation option in the sidebar
- Choose whether to cancel immediately or at the end of the billing period
- Submit your request
We’ll confirm the cancellation via email and remove the service from your next invoice (if applicable).
Canceling a Domain
Domain registrations run for fixed periods and aren’t refundable once processed. To avoid renewal:
- Go to the Domains tab in your dashboard
- Select the domain you want to cancel
- Disable auto-renewal to let it expire at the end of the current term

What Happens After You Cancel?
- Your service will remain active until the end of the paid period (unless you choose immediate cancellation)
- Your site and data will be deleted after expiration, so be sure to back up anything important
- You’ll receive no further charges for that service
