Managing DNS Records via the Dashboard

Once your domain is using Envosta’s nameservers, you can manage all of its DNS records right from your account dashboard. This includes A records, MX records, CNAMEs, TXT records, and more — all essential for things like custom email, subdomains, and third-party integrations.

How to Access DNS Management

  1. Log in to your account at envosta.com/login
  2. Click the Domains tab
  3. Select the domain you want to manage
  4. Click “Manage DNS” or “DNS Settings”

You’ll now see a list of active DNS records for your domain.

Common Record Types

  • A Record: Points your domain or subdomain to an IP address (e.g., your website)
  • CNAME: Points one domain name to another (commonly used for “www” or app integrations)
  • MX Record: Routes email traffic to your mail provider
  • TXT Record: Adds verification data (used for email security, domain verification, etc.)

Tips for Editing Safely

  • Only make changes if you know what a service (like Google Workspace, Mailchimp, etc.) is asking for
  • Changes can take 5–60 minutes to take effect
  • Never delete records unless you’re sure they’re not being used
