How to Check for Updates
- Log in to your WordPress dashboard
- Go to Dashboard > Updates
- You’ll see available updates for WordPress core, themes, and plugins
From this screen, you can update everything at once — or individually if you prefer.
How Often to Update
- WordPress Core: Update as soon as a stable version is released
- Plugins: Weekly check-ins are ideal
- Themes: Update as needed, especially after WordPress version changes
