Creating a Custom Email Address

A custom email address makes your business look more professional and builds trust with customers. With Envosta, you can set up branded email quickly using either our built-in tools or a third-party service like Google Workspace.

Option 1: Use Envosta Webmail (Free)

1. Log in at envosta.com/login
2. Go to Services > Your Hosting Plan
3. Select Email Accounts
4. Click Create New Email
5. Enter your desired address and password

Your new email will be ready instantly. Access it from yourdomain.com/webmail or through the email tools in your dashboard.

Option 2: Use Google Workspace (Recommended)

1. Go to workspace.google.com and sign up with your domain
2. Add the TXT verification record in your DNS settings (we can help)
3. Create users like hello@yourdomain.com and manage them in Google Admin

Google Workspace gives you Gmail with your domain, plus Docs, Calendar, Meet, and Drive.

DNS Setup Required

For email to work correctly, you’ll need to set up proper DNS records — especially MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
