Accessing Webmail or Using an Email App

Once your custom email is created, you can check it from anywhere — either through your browser using Webmail, or through your favorite desktop or mobile app like Outlook or Apple Mail.

Option 1: Webmail (Fastest & Easiest)

To check your email from any browser:

  1. Visit yourdomain.com/webmail
  2. Log in using your full email address and password

You can also access Webmail through the Email Accounts section of your Envosta dashboard.


Option 2: Use a Desktop or Mobile Email App

Envosta email works with any app that supports IMAP/SMTP. Here are the general settings:

Incoming Mail (IMAP)

Server: mail.yourdomain.com  
Port: 993 (SSL)  
Username: you@yourdomain.com  
Password: [your email password]

Outgoing Mail (SMTP)

Server: mail.yourdomain.com  
Port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (STARTTLS)  
Authentication: Required  
Username: you@yourdomain.com

Tips

  • Always use your full email address as the username
  • Enable SSL for added security
  • Double-check your password if setup fails
