1. Double-Check Your Login Details
Make sure you're using the correct full email address (e.g., you@yourdomain.com) and the password you set during account creation.
- Wrong password? You can reset it in your dashboard under Email Accounts
2. Confirm DNS Records Are Set Up
Missing or incorrect DNS records (especially MX, SPF, DKIM, or DMARC) can prevent mail from working properly.
Check DNS in your Envosta dashboard or ask our team to verify your settings.
3. Check Email App Settings
- IMAP (incoming): mail.yourdomain.com, port 993 (SSL)
- SMTP (outgoing): mail.yourdomain.com, port 465 or 587 (SSL/STARTTLS)
- Username = full email address
Make sure authentication is enabled for outgoing mail.

4. Mail Going to Spam?
- Make sure you’ve configured SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records
- Avoid using all caps, excessive links, or suspicious content in your emails
- Ask your recipients to whitelist your address
5. Full Mailbox or Quota Limits
If your inbox is full, you won’t be able to receive new messages. You can either:
- Delete old emails
- Increase storage quota in your dashboard
