Setting Up Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
Want to use Gmail or Outlook with your domain (like you@yourdomain.com)? No problem. You can integrate your Envosta-hosted domain with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for professional, cloud-based email.

Step 1: Sign Up with Your Provider
During signup, you’ll be asked to verify your domain and configure email routing.
Step 2: Add DNS Records in Envosta
- Log in to envosta.com/login
- Go to Domains and select your domain
- Click Manage DNS
- Copy and paste the records from Google or Microsoft into your DNS zone
Common Records to Add:
- TXT record (for domain verification)
- MX records (to route email)
- SPF, DKIM, and DMARC (to protect deliverability)

Step 3: Create User Mailboxes
After verifying your domain and adding records, log in to your provider’s admin panel to create inboxes like:
- hello@yourdomain.com
- support@yourdomain.com
- yourname@yourdomain.com
You can then access your email via Gmail, Outlook, or mobile apps.
