Daily Backups — How They Work & How to Restore
Every site hosted with Envosta is automatically backed up daily. That means if something goes wrong — an accidental deletion, bad update, or hacked file — you’re always one click away from recovery.

What’s Included in Backups?
- Your WordPress files and folders
- All uploaded media and themes/plugins
- Your complete database (posts, settings, content)
- Email accounts and files (if using Envosta email)
Backups are securely stored on separate infrastructure for added protection.
How to Restore from Backup
- Log in to your Envosta dashboard at envosta.com/login
- Go to Services > Your Hosting Plan
- Click Backups
- Choose a date from the calendar view
- Click Restore to roll your site back instantly
Your live site will be replaced with the snapshot from that day — usually within a few minutes.
How Long Are Backups Stored?
Envosta keeps a rolling 30-day archive of daily backups for all hosting plans. If you need long-term or on-demand snapshots, contact us about custom backup options.
