Understanding Your Billing Cycle
Every service you purchase at Envosta is billed on a clear, predictable cycle — monthly, annually, or as specified during checkout. Understanding your billing dates can help you plan renewals, upgrades, and manage your budget effectively.

Where to See Your Billing Cycle
- Log in at envosta.com/login
- Go to Services > My Services
- Select any active service
- You’ll see your billing term (e.g., Monthly, Yearly), next due date, and renewal type
You’ll also receive renewal reminder emails a few days before any automatic charges.
Common Billing Terms
- Monthly: Billed every 30 days
- Annually: Billed once per year, often with a discount
- One-Time Add-Ons: Billed once unless you add recurring versions
If you selected a promotion (e.g., 3 months free), the regular billing cycle begins once the promo ends.
Can I Switch Plans or Billing Terms?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan, or switch from monthly to annual billing. Just go to your service details and click Change Plan or Upgrade/Downgrade.
