Cancelling a Service or Subscription
We understand plans change. Whether you’re switching platforms, scaling down, or wrapping up a project — cancelling your Envosta service is simple and transparent.

How to Cancel a Service
- Log in at envosta.com/login
- Go to Services > My Services
- Select the service you want to cancel
- Click Request Cancellation
- Choose whether to cancel Immediately or at the End of Billing Period
- Confirm your request
We'll send you a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.
Important Notes
- You won’t be billed again once cancellation is confirmed
- Cancelled services are deleted from our servers, so make sure to back up anything you want to keep
- You can reactivate a service before the cancellation date if you change your mind
Can I Cancel Just an Add-On?
Yes — you can remove add-ons (like SEO Maintenance, Design Updates, or Store Support) without cancelling your full hosting plan. Go to your service page and adjust the recurring options under Add-Ons.
