Setting Up Email with Your Domain
Using a custom email address like you@yourdomain.com adds professionalism and brand trust to your business. With Envosta, you can either use our included email tools or integrate with a third-party provider like Google Workspace.

Option 1: Use Google Workspace (Recommended)
- Go to workspace.google.com and sign up using your domain
- Verify your domain by adding a TXT record in your DNS settings (we’ll help if needed)
- Create your mailboxes (e.g., hello@yourdomain.com) and begin sending via Gmail
Google Workspace gives you access to Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and more — all under your own domain.
Option 2: Use Envosta’s Built-In Webmail
- Log in to your Envosta account at envosta.com/login
- Go to Email Accounts under your hosting plan
- Create a new email address and set a secure password
- Access your inbox at webmail.yourdomain.com or via the Email section in your dashboard
Webmail is a good option if you prefer a simple, no-cost solution built into your hosting.

Improving Deliverability
To ensure your emails land in inboxes (and not spam folders), we recommend setting up:
- SPF: Verifies which servers are allowed to send email on your behalf
- DKIM: Adds a digital signature to your messages
- DMARC: Adds policy enforcement for SPF and DKIM failures
If you're using Google Workspace, these records are provided during setup. If you're using Envosta webmail, reach out to our team and we’ll help configure them.
