1. Registration Obligations
By registering a domain through Envosta, you agree to provide complete, current, and accurate information, including your contact, administrative, technical, and billing details. You are solely responsible for keeping this information up to date. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of domain services.
2. Domain Ownership
Upon successful registration and payment, you become the registrant and lawful holder of the domain, subject to continued compliance with this agreement and applicable registrar policies. Ownership rights include the ability to manage, transfer, and renew the domain, provided such actions meet the requirements of ICANN, CIRA (if applicable), and other relevant authorities.
3. Renewals and Transfers
It is your responsibility to monitor your domain’s expiration date and complete renewals prior to expiry. We are not liable for any loss of ownership due to missed renewals. Domain transfers are subject to registrar and registry policies, and may incur additional verification or transfer fees as applicable.
4. WHOIS Information
Domain registries require registrant information to be stored in the WHOIS database. This includes your name, address, phone number, and email. Where available, you may elect to use WHOIS privacy protection services to mask your personal details. However, certain data may still be disclosed as required by law or registrar policy.
5. Dispute Resolution
You agree to resolve all domain-related disputes according to the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP), applicable registry-specific policies, and governing legal frameworks. Envosta is not responsible for resolving ownership conflicts and will comply with decisions from authorized dispute resolution providers.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your domain registration in cases of policy violation, abuse, fraudulent activity, or failure to comply with applicable laws. Termination may lead to immediate loss of domain access. We act in good faith to protect both our users and the wider internet community.
7. Changes to This Agreement
This agreement may be updated periodically to reflect legal, operational, or technical changes. Significant changes will be communicated via our website. Your continued use of our services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. Please review this agreement regularly.
